The Last Will and Testament William Juleff 1832 (Cornwall) is amusing in that it shows part of the personality of William in the following paragraphs. And my further desire is that my wife Margery Juleff, may live with her children for the space of one year after my decease, and if they cannot agree and be comfortable, my last request is that she should depart and leave them to themselves. In order to avoid disturbance after my decease, my will it is that if my executors cannot agree & be comfortable with each other, after the lapse of two or three years, that then they shall set the premises, and equally share the rent. | ![]() |
